Welcome to Harness Wembley Practice
It is with deep sadness and regret that you will have received a letter from NHS England - Julie Sands Head of Primary Care - informing you that Harness Care Cooperative were unsuccessful in bidding to continue to run Harness Wembley Practice. The contract has been awarded to a new organisation AT Medics. The take over commences from the 1st January 2017.
We would like to reassure you all that will will continue to provided excellent care and services for all our patients and that our opening hours remain the same until the end of the year 2016

As part of the Harness Care Co-Operative we aim to offer our patients a wide range of high-quality services targeted to best meet their needs, please phone us on 020 8900 6020 to book an appointment.
Harness Wembley Practice is open 08.00 to 18.30 Monday to Friday and Saturday 09.00 to 14.00
Hub services are available for all registered patients - Monday to Friday 18.00 to 21.00 and Saturday and Sunday 09.00 to 15.00.
Extended Hours - Monday to Friday 18.30 to 19.00 and Saturday.

Brent GP Access Centre (Walk-In)
The walk-in element is a primary care service for non-registered patients. Our skilled team of GPs and nurse practitioners work together provide patients with quality care.
The service is accessible 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
WSIC - Whole Systems Integrated Care
North West London health and care professionals are working together to provide your care. Those involved can see relevant information about you, so you can receive joined up care.
This ensures that when you visit your GP practice, the hospital, or get support in your community or at home, your care professional such as your GP, hospital doctor, district nurse or social worker has the right information about you at the right time.

The surgery has had in both waiting rooms notices about WSIC and leaflets. The TV screens in both waiting rooms shown the trailer informing patients from other patients about the benefits of WSIC.

The centre has good access for disabled patients, including an induction loop and dedicated parking facilities.
